For purposes of this Notice, "Personal Data" refers to information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be associated with a particular California resident or household.

We collect and disclose Personal Data to provide financial products and services for both individuals and businesses, and also for employment or human resources purposes. The specific information collected may vary depending on the nature of your relationship with us.

Over the past 12 months, Avid Swift has collected the following categories of Personal Data:

Identifiers

Full name, government-issued ID numbers (e.g., Social Security, driver's license, passport)

Contact Information

Address, phone number, and email, along with financial details like account numbers, balances, and debit card information

Financial Data

Products and services obtained, account activity, and transaction histories

Biometric Information

For example, fingerprints used for identity verification

Our Commitment: During this same period, we have disclosed the above categories of Personal Data for business purposes. We have not sold any Personal Data, and it remains our policy not to sell client information.
